  • I have gotten my nails done twice and my toes done once at this nail salon and have been very pleased with everything. Pink Petals is clean, the staff is polite and friendly, and the new owner, Lynn, is so sweet. I hardly ever get my nails done, therefore they always need some extra TLC, but the nail tech was able to make my nails look amazing both times. While I was finishing up my toes, a woman came in near closing time and wanted a pedicure. Lynn explained that they were closing and was trying to find out a time she could come in the next day. The woman could not come in the next day, or even later that week and seemed desperate to get her toes done then. Noticing the disappointment in her voice, one of the nail techs offered to stay late to accommodate her. The woman was very appreciative and this further highlights the excellent customer service that Pink Petals provides.
