  • Went last night to Imax to see Heart of the Sea. Popcorn was not fresh and staff would not get fresh popcorn for my husband. Popcorn is sort of set out in bags, and you have to take one of the bags of old popcorn, even though you can see fresh popcorn being made right in front of you! Also, staff did not bother cleaning IMAX theatre after the previous showing. There were spilled drinks on the floor and popcorn boxes and candy wrappers left behind. Also this IMAX does not have reclining seats. It was a disappointing experience, even though the movie itself was good. Will not return. Harkins Cine capri is way better.
