I simply came to get an OTC item and waited more than 18 minutes in line, while a clerk was struggling with a simple order. (I think he needed training.) No other clerks came out, even though someone in photo was requesting a second cashier, and when one finally did, a person behind me raced up and the new clerk assisted them. I protested ("Wait, I am next. I've been waiting a long time.") and the other customers started arguing with me and suggested I am behaving like the president in wanting things my way. All I wanted was my turn. I waited longer than all the other people behind me. And I will never set foot in this particular store again. When I got home and tried the customer service survey I was even blocked! A call to the manager did not yield much more than learning that they were fully staffed tonight.
