  • Ok, I know people are wary of 5 stars, including me, due to some company's employees logging in as customers to falsely boost their ratings, but I assure you I do not work there! (I work at a hospital) ANYWAY... we came to Lunde's VW last Wednesday evening to check out a CR-V that was within our budget, and even though it was an hour drive we figured it would be worth it just to look at it. I've been burned by dealers who promise they have a vehicle there I'm interested in only to drive there and suddenly "it's sold." Anna in internet sales dept reassured me over and over that they wouldn't do that. Well, she was honest about that! We looked at it and it was in good condition and we felt NO pressure to buy from them, plus we had two working cars anyway at the time. (Good place to be not to impulse buy) After much consideration, test drive, etc. we decided to have them run our credit the next day (as banks were closed that eve) and make a deal that would fit our budget. Brad, the salesman made sure that ALL of our needs were met. He listened to every concern and didn't give us the run-around. He also reminded us of the 7-day money back guarantee, or 30-day used car exchange deal if we run into any problems. Brandon helped us as well. He was pretty informative and both he and Brad have excellent customer service skills. Finally, when it came to financing dept, we had Nathaniel go through the signing process with us and there was absolutely NO pressure to buy extras, like most dealerships I've had experiences with. I'm blown away at how quickly the process went and how laid back these professionals were! Yes, they are out to make money--it's a business! However, I truly feel they worked to make sure we went away happy with a reliable working vehicle! It's just too bad they're so far away, is even consider using them for routine maintenance! Thanks again! ***Update: I'm still blown away by the service we've experienced through this company! We discovered the CD/AUX button didn't work, only the am/fm on the stereo works (our fault for not checking this when we first inspected the vehicle). We called Brad and he was willing to take a look at it, but again, about an hour drive out for us. Instead of having to do all that, Brad made a deal with my husband to send us a check to help cover costs to replace/install a better stereo. We just received it today. I've asked coworkers if they've ever experienced this kind of treatment from dealers and they are blown away as well. I don't know about anyone else's experiences, but ours couldn't have been better!
