I remember I used to be super impressed by this place, but I think the novelty has worn off. It's still REALLY good, but some issues here and there.
Usually there's this ridiculous line just to sign in, then you have to wait HOURS to get a text letting you know you can now STAND IN LINE. Dinner runs about $50/person. I think lunch was about $40, don't remember. My boyfriend and I came here a few weekends ago and got here around maybe 3 something pm? There was NOBODY in line. We were confused. Are they even open? We decided to see what other people were doing and saw them walk right up to the front and get in line to be seated. Whaaaat!
So we get there, wait in line to be seated for a little bit, and then get seated. I love the range of options they have. Presentation is always nice as well. They have a good meat section (boyfriend's fave) and I like the little noodle nook they have where they have ramen, pho, etc.
There were a few things that were ehhh. Some foods were empty for the longest time. This time around it was the truffle gnocchi. I finally snagged some and it was cold. WTH. And a few other food items were cold.
Love the crepe station! Those were def not cold.
Very professional and friendly staff.
