  • In Vegas for a trade show this week. I returned to one of my favorite Dim Sum places in Chinatown. Upon my arrival I found out that the Cathay House has closed down. A new restaurant has opened in its place as The Jade Restaurant. I'm not sure if it's the same restaurant just rename but, the interior looked the same and food tasted the same. So, whether it's called Jade or Cathay House, their Dim Sum is still one of the best in Vegas. Fast service and great taste. Can't beat it. Plenty of outdoor parking too. Enjoy.
