  • I rented a trailer from RV Rental Outlet that was to accommodate 2-4 people, signed a contract with the price of the trailer, and had confirmed tow equipment needed to haul the trailer in September 2013. After several months (February 2014) I am told the trailer only sleeps 2 adults and the "-4" was referring to toddlers, as if anyone would just expect that to be the case, they will not honor their rental contract price and have since raised the price by $138, and now there is supposed additional tow equipment needed to haul the trailer that was never mentioned at the beginning. This company has not been good on their word, they do not honor their contract and are very poor communicators. I have since asked for a refund in full and to not give me my deposit back in "credit" as I would never do business with this company again. I have dealt with 3-4 people the entire way through and all of them are on separate pages. We shall see if they refund me back my entire deposit, which they should. By now honoring the initial agreement that to me says they do not honor their contract, therefore neither should I. Go else where!
