Very very bad customer service. The African American male staff was very rude. Very bad attitude . All he told me was he has no idea how to ship my vacuum back to the return place. I have a return ID number which was given by the vacuum company whom has contracted with ups. This mean ups staff told me he worked in this ups location for more than ten years, he has no idea what to do and never heard of how to using a return ID to ship the vacuum back. I ended up call the vacuum company and have them deal with ups. Ups is not a fed owned like usps. With your bad customer service, we have other choices like fedex, Or many other shipping company.
