So I had read some reviews on this place and I had decided I really wanted to check it out. I'm a huge fan of organic restaurants and I loved reading that it was locally owned by people that really love what they are doing and take great pride in sharing the details of their ethical business practices and their love of coffee. Having been a barista I know it's a precise art, the temperature, the grain, the frothiness of the milk, all these things and many more go into making a really wonderful cup of espresso. The organic ingredients just add to the flavor and make this the best cup of espresso I've had since I moved to the Midwest from Seattle, I will definitely go back to 5th element, I hope that they remain in business for a long time. It's a cute place set up for studying on the free wifi, the owner takes album requests while he plays records and is more than happy to talk shop and create drinks for the customer. I'm glad I read the reviews one person mentioned they ordered a honey cinnamon latte so that's what I ordered. The froth of the milk in the latte was perfect. My daughter really likes frappes and I don't like her to order them, too processed, but at 5th element he was able to make her one from scratch! It was a really awesome experience!
