  • If you have a choice you probably want to go elsewhere. Now this is not a one star because they actually have really good sound and picture quality. Where they fall apart is the concessions and the seats. The concessions are all self serve. The popcorn is sitting out for god knows how long. The customer service is poor and people just don't care. As far as the theatre itself goes. We were in theater 9. First thing we noticed was a great screen nice seats and amazing sound. However, when you go to recline in the new seats there is absolutely no way for someone to pass by in the row. So if you have to get up in the middle of the movie every single person has to put there seat down. What if there is a fire? How is this even approved by the city code???? In my opinion you have many choices for movies there are much better theaters than the desert ridge AMC.
