This buffet was absolutely horrible, even by Vegas standards. Surprising considering the hotel's reputation. I would not even consider the food on par with golden corral. Food variety was weak, ribs were overcooked to mush (wasn't even on the bone), shrimp were freezer burnt and sushi was crusty. The most incredible part was the RAW prime rib. I'm not talking red rare, the cut was deep purple raw. The chef apologized to everyone in line and offered to throw the slices on the grill. I'm guessing they underestimated demand and had to remove many of the roasts almost immediately from the oven.
Service wasn't any better as we were handed off to 3 people and waited 10 minutes to be seated despite there being no line.
Never again
