  • Although my 9 year old Toshiba laptop had a dead motherboard and dead hard drive--Rayna pulled all my data off of it (AND THAT WAS A GODSEND as I didn't have the good sense to back everything up to an outboard storage device on that dead laptop as I do my old desktop). They were out of stock on refurbs (and don't sell new computers), so I got a Dell at Costco for $508 and because I used my Costco credit card the warranty was bumped from 2 to 4 yrs. BYTS heartily recommended COSTCO, so I felt good about going there. I am MOST impressed with BYTS' very business-like manner in handing me a sheet of all their charges that might cross my path during their work & explaining it fully. I was in business for myself after years at Mountain Bell Telephone where it's totally business-like inside and out and it was rewarding and very refreshing to deal with not only computer experts, but experts at their business model as well. 5 STARS *****! Thank you all there.
