  • Very nice zoo, however, they got some extremely rude staff! I bought 4 e-tickets for myself and my siblings, and the weather got quite cold after we got into the zoo. My cousin asked the security guy if he could go back to his car and get a sweater, the security was a nice guy and say yes. When he try to get back in, the white lady, btw the age of 40-50, with blonde short hair, insist on asking for receipts of the e-tickets( I throw it away after redemption of the electronic tickets) even tho we showed her the 4 tickets that we redeemed at the entrance. I even offered to show her my email for the record of the purchase of those tickets, she told us not to do this again, and next time she will not let us in. She could've done this in a much more polite manner. Her attitude was terrible and I think the zoo need to train or select their employees in a more careful manner.
