  • The best customer service I have ever received from a stereo shop. I had bought a system when I lived in California and experienced multiple problems with it. I brought my truck to L.A. Stereo and right from the start felt comfortable and important. Ryan and his team have a very deep knowledge of their craft but most important they have integrity. I brought it in expecting to have to replace the system. Ryan and crew identified it was just a simple fuse. Problem solved. I then stated another issue I had with my stock ford radio unit It wouldn't sync with my phone. The only solution was to replace the unit with an aftermarket product. He gave me a killer price( I shopped around and there wasn't a lower price) and actually upgraded my unit to include all the functions that I desired. I needed the truck required because the previous shop had done shotty work(it was cutting in and out). They took care of that as well and used high quality equipment. I then looked into getting more bass. They installed new subs and I felt my old ones hit better. Without hesitation they put my old ones back in with a new box. My system has never sounded better!! From the instant I walked in they made me feel important and the best part is they won't try to sell u something that u don't absolutely need. U can't beat the prices and service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a knowledgeable staff and smooth install at a great price. Thanx Ryan and crew for proving true customer service and honesty aren't dead.
