  • So my a/c goes out and my management company call L & S A/C.on Friday. No contact from L & S till Sunday stating they will be out on Monday between 1 and 6. So I take off a half day and wait for the technician. No one shows up and no one calls to say they are not coming. Called at 6 and was told the tech was still coming. Surprise he never showed up. Called the next morning and was told he will be out between 1 and 6. o'clock still no tech. Call back in and I was told he was on his way. 6:45 he shows up and starts work. 7:15 he gives me a bill and said they would have to come back I ask when. He doesn't know. I call in the next morning to check and they say theywill have someone out in a couple of days. I tell them that this is not acceptable, I want someone out today. I was told (you guessed it) they will have someone out between 1 and 6. It's now 5 and I called them back they can't reach the tech and there is no one in the office in authority. I have no use for this company or their management or lack thereof. I believe they are removed from my management companies vendor list. I didn't have a choice in their selection, you do.
