  • Ladies & Gentlemen, I believe I have found my new favorite nail salon! To start off, it was very easy for me to make a same-day appointment within just a few hours of calling. I have a very busy schedule so it's hard for me to find a quality salon that can cater to my last minute appointments. It is a very cute & simple on the inside. Upon entering, there was a very sweet man who greeted me, I believe his name was Andy. I'm not sure what he does here exactly but he was very helpful to all of the technicians from what I could observe & his customer service was simple in the most kind-hearted way possible. To be completely honest, I missed the name of my technician. However, she was very thorough with my mani & pedi. I opted-in for a "Deluxe Pedicure". I have been to at least a dozen nail salons across the valley and very few of them have ever done a pedicure to my liking. The one I received today was just short of perfect and I really appreciate that. My massage did not feel rushed - something that is not always guaranteed. I am also very thankful that she did not over-trim the sides of my toe nails; I swear I'm prone to ingrowns when this is done incorrectly. My manicure was good as well. Unfortunately, I did not receive the sugar scrub stated in the description - but no one is perfect. I have extremely dry nail beds (despite all the lotions & creams I have tried). Following the clean-up process, the skin around my nails became very dry due to the acetone. However, this is the first salon that applied oil to my nails after the polish dried. That is probably what sold me - no one likes walking out of a nail salon with their nails even drier than when they walked in...or is that just me? Doubt it. The only thing I can say, is I wish there was an easier way for clients to view pricing. I did not know how much the services were until I was already in a pedicure chair and the technician handed me a small book with services offered. Unfortunately, it did not include prices for a full set, gel nails, etc. Maybe next time I'll just have to call & find out. The website was unavailable when I tried to look at it. I am hoping that it will be up and running shortly. Overall, I had a great experience & I will certainly be back with at least 3 of my friends!
