  • Very rude service. I called to use their free consultation and get some info on what to do next, and initially the woman on the phone was very nice. The next day I realized I had some follow up questions, as simple as should I bring my car with me to the collision center. I was told to that they had told me what to do and just do it and not call again, and than to top it off they slammed the phone down. I realize they are busy but if you don't have 10 minutes for a client than you don't deserve to be in business. When I first called I was told that their services would cost $900 and was happy to pay for the services, even put down a deposit if they had asked, but no they decided to be rude and I have decided to go with OTT instead. Don't waste your time or money.
