  • Tried them today for the first time. The flavors of the dishes were very good. I have not had a lot of Peruvian food so I can't speak to the authenticity of the dishes. Papa Rellena had a wonderful flavor with the stuffing chopped and mixed together. Lomo a Caballo also had a wonderful flavor. The "sausage" was really a hot dog. The plantains were nicely cooked with the typical sweet flavor. Seco de Res had a lime flavor to it. The beef was a little tough/dry but the dish was still very good. Yucca was what was expected. We would definitely go back again.
