  • My first review of Zenon was 5-star, back in 2015. This week my dryer stopped heating so I emailed my favorite repair service, Zenon. They didn't reply (1 day wasted). I called and he said he'd come out the next day. No call, no show. I called and he apologized and said it was a PTA meeting that messed up his schedule, and said he'd come out the next day (2nd day wasted). That "next day" came, and again no call no show. I sent him a text and left a Voicemail. No response. Sad that my favorite repair service is unreliable now.
