  • I am livid after going to see specific dog online ignored by two standing behind counter, only to be told "No, its $5 & only thhose seriously adopting." Bam! She returned to her conversation. When i asked if they were here to help, reply was "we work here. What do you need?" I asked for info to be told he was rescue and what else was needed. I walked out furious after commenting on rudeness and lack of service. My son was in tears and then i was with first dog that we could see as our family after loaing our 13yo not too long ago. I feel worse for the poor animals in their care and tryjng to find homes!!!! TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION!
