  • We were in town for a conference and stayed at the Omni. Asked a bartender there for good local spots to eat. Without skipping a beat he immediately recommended Magnolia Grill. The next day (Sat, Feb 17) we went there for lunch. We were immediately greeted with smiles and salutations. We got seats right away. The waitress was extremely helpful offering suggestions and her thoughts on the menu as well as local beers. I had the Prosciutto Benny, and my wife had the Capreese Benny and got a side of the bacon cornbread. Everything was absolutely great. When they delivered our food I didn't receive my hash browns. I saw the person beside me had some with his Benny and presumed they came with the meal. I saw the manager walking buy and I inquired about the hash browns. She clarified that my meal didn't come with them, and I apologized for my mistake. She brought me and comped the hash browns even though it was my fault! Tremendous customer service! Definitely go!
