  • A service oriented business that certainly delivers on service. I had to call for a water leak and while they were not able to come on the same day (not a big deal, it had obviously been leaking for a while), they did come the next day. I was given a window of time to expect them AND got a call when they were on their way- without having to ask. The water leak was repaired and another issue that I had quite forgotten about was brought to my attention and fixed as well. No fuss, no muss. The repair costs seemed fair and reasonable. I will definitely keep Bird Dog on file for future calls.
