  • Was recommended by a realtor. Not sure what that realtor was thinking. If you need a home inspection for selling you home and won't catch anything...he is your guy. We have moved into our home and the amount of things that were missed is scary. How they have a license to do home inspections is unbelievable. Just a few things that were not mentioned: leak when we first ran the washer ( he forgot to check the washer water, $550 plumber repair), back gate was loose (it was up, so he must not have checked to see if it was secure...$400 to secure), water heater not properly installed (sitting on a couple of pieces of wood), fan lights dangling, smoke detectors not working...these are just a few things. Probably could come up with a list of 20 things. Worst inspection I have ever had...out of about 6 in the last 2 years.
