  • Went there for New Year's Eve dinner with two other couples. The good: Nice space & decor, great drinks and non-seafood dishes were surprisngly solid. A wonderful pork belly & fig appetizer. Chicken saltimbocca and purple mashed potato entree was delightful. Service was pretty good considering the full house and how recently they've opened. The meh: Seafood dishes got mixed reviews. Fried cuttlefish appetizer was just so-so. Guys liked their monkfish over a bed of rice but the ladies said the crudo and cod dishes were nothing to write home about. Piano/vocal duo was pretty loud and not very good. Not great, not awful, but you'd expect more for the price. And if you're a seafood restaurant, the seafood really ought to be special.
