  • After living without a working refrigerator for 3 weeks, I was beyond thrilled when Tracy Jones came to help. I had contacted Whirlpool and thought that the part I needed was no longer available. I was told to have someone remove the control panel, send it in to an independent company for repair and then have someone return to put it back. I was so excited when Tracy showed up today with the part in hand. In about 15 minutes he had my refrigerator running again. He even noticed and took the time to fix the freezer handle that has been loose for at least a year. He was friendly and honest and really made my day!
