| - We've been with this location since they opened and I've been satisfied so far. My son is currently 3-years-old and has finally started talking and engaging with his teachers and classmates (granted, he still doesn't want to go, but what kid doesn't?). I watch him before I pick him up and he's smiling and playing, no problems.
They've been very understanding about his eczema issues and though there were some initial problems due to the how much hand-washing they do there (good thing), I simply brought in my own soap and lotion and HIS HANDS ARE GREAT NOW. That had been a huge problem at his previous day care.
I only send him there 2 full days a week at the moment. Luckily, I do not need more than that right now, so I can't say much about others that go more often. We used to be varied schedule, but due to the growing number of kids, they got rid of that. It's okay. Still do-able. (Min is 2 days, max 5 days; there are also half days.)
You provide your child's lunch and blanket for nap time. They have snacks and diapers and wipes as needed.
Each week parents are emailed what's going on, the learning topics, etc. so you can participate. They also offer weekly dance/tech/art classes, but it has extra fees so we haven't done many.
The facility is still new-ish and very bright inside. Clean, open, and of course, my son's favorite feature: their indoor sand pit. It's a lot of fun for him and they've a air hosing area to blow off all the sand afterwards. Really cute.
Security's great! A code to get through the door and fingerprint sign-in and -out to pick up your child(ren).
I have yet to find any problems that speaking with the teachers and administrators have not fixed. Sure, my son has his bad days, but what toddler doesn't? But when you see your kid turn back and hug their teacher, you know they're being taken care of.
