  • I wish I could give zero stars. They ruined my gown- when I sent a message to them- they said they didn't remember- and asked for pictures. When I sent pictures they never reached out. I pre paid for alterations and steaming, once they ruined my gown- clearly they never completed the work and never offered a refund. They directly me to an outlet for a gown in LV. I had to pay crazy fees to have a gown rushed from NYC. All because of them- and they had zero follow up! Don't trust them! I also left a review on FB- they asked for a picture of the gown- I posted and they never responded- AWFUL
