  • I originally wrote a review for Citrine and accidentally deleted it so I felt compelled to come back and write a new one. I have been a resident here at Citrine since September of 2016, and still have nothing but all positive things to say. Moving back to Phoenix from LA, I took my time and looked high and low at all of the rental options throughout the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. I knew the moment I walked into Citrine, that this was the place for me. From the amazing attention to detail, quality and size of the units, to the location and amenities.. there is no other community out there that even comes close to comparing. And not to mention some of the best views in Phoenix, hands down. I recently transferred from a one bedroom to a two and the move could not have gone more smooth and effortless. I legitimately adore all of the management and maintenance staff and am amazed at how they are able to accumulate such an awesome team. I've at times had maintenance respond to an online work order within the hour. I have never seen this level of service in any previous community ever. I really can not say enough positives about my experience here, and can easily say this has by far been my best rental decision in all of my adult life. Also, Galit the new manager is genuinely on her A game and ensures that things are always getting taken care of in a timely manner. She personally dropped everything the moment of and came to my unit when I was having an issue. Without a doubt, you will not find another apartment manager out there who would do that. I am beyond thankful to her and the rest of the staff here at Citrine, for genuinely caring and going above and beyond to make life here as carefree and relaxed as possible.
