  • Maybe the two locations are operated differently, but I haven't been to the other location, just this hell hole on Desert Inn. EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M HERE, we wait at least an hour after our appointment time... this is on a good day. I'm constantly being told people have called out, they're short staffed, and/or whatever other excuse they have. The actual people are nice enough, but that's not the point. I'm currently sitting here with three kids, an hour after our appointment - we're still in first waiting room... after this one, we get jammed into another crap room where you generally wait for another 40 minutes. Today, at the hour late point, they are calling appointments that are from 10 and 1030.... and now we're being told "ONLY THE PATIENT" to come back. That's a new one, never been told that - but no, my kids won't go back alone, tyvm. So, hopefully switching doctors mid treatment isn't too hard bc this place is seriously over the line.
