  • Wow! This company I tell you. Never seen so many (including me) neighbors move out primarily because of the HOA. They over charge, add in hidden fees regularly, and are hard to negotiate with. They refused to acknowledge we lived in our house for a year and half, even with multiple phone contacts from us, our realtor, and loan officer. But when they did, they expected full back payment plus late fees even when we were never ever given access to the pool. Incompetent or negligent? Beware, if you move here, do not park your vehicle in front of your garage for any more than 10 minutes, they will tow the SOB.
