  • I'm very torn about this review. Paula is amazing and this salon has the best energy. I booked my appointment online for noon but had to wait half an hour then my nails were paid a quarter of attention to for the next TWO anD a half HOURS as Paula managed a handyman, repairs, foot bath jet upgrades and other clients. My nails turned out lumpy and uneven. An appointment like this scheduled in advance should not take three hours! On top of all that I presented my $50 Yelp coupon worth $75 at the beginning but it was not applied and I was charged full price plus $40 tip plus $50 for a coupon the cashier forgot to input?!? When I got home the next day I had to have my regular salon fix the bumpy lumpy acrylics which weren't even filed straight! Every nail tip was longer on the right side. I feel taken advantage of after this. Should have never gotten my nails done in Vegas.
