  • We were there for a gymnastics event so we did not use all the amenities. Room was ok, the floors could use cleaning more often. Our feet/socks were very dirty just walking on them a little bit. Pools were nice for the kids, the party at the water park was done very well. Everyone had a good time. Just a bit more lighting at night in the waterpark area would've been nice, hard to see and walk on the paths when it's busy. Bar food was so so, nice to get one free appetizer. Beds were comfortable and enough pillows. Many ants around the fridge area, we didn't have any food out. Door to the tiny balcony would not open all the way. Not much to see out there but still would be nice to get out there and look anyway. Having a few vending machines around would be helpful, stay out of the mini bar. As always, it's just too pricey. We had to locate the number for the hotel and were unable to do so. No information in the room and the phones themselves were not labeled with anything. Phone in the living room didn't work at all. The layout makes sense once you are there enough but it's very confusing to get around. A few more directional signs around would be helpful. Shuttle to the Rustler's Roost was wonderful, go there to eat if you can. We would stay here again, but knowing what it was like we would plan a bit better.
