I love the atmosphere of Nan and Byrons. I think our group came up with the description of rustic eclectic for it haha! So thankful they had valet because the parking there was so scarce. We were promptly greeted and seated when we came in (we had reservations FYI). I enjoyed having the complimentary popcorn seasoned with what I believe was Old Bay. Very different but appetizing! I had the deviled eggs for a starter and wasn't blown away. The catch of the day was my entree and I loved it. Seasoned perfectly and it wasn't too little or too much food. The wait for our food wasn't long at all which is a plus. For dessert we split the banana pudding which was delicious. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because the music was so painstakingly loud. Our reservations were for 8 pm. Which is a little late but we felt like we were screaming at each other at the table to be able to talk over the music. The waiter did say that it kind of turns into a little "club" atmosphere around a certain time so I understood but it just seemed a little too early to turn up the music that loud. Friendly staff and good food. I would go back but maybe a little earlier on a weekend.
