  • The retail side is ok but my dog washing experience was not a good one. The staff were not helpful at all- no instructions on anything and then everyone was standing around in the retail space instead of being available for questions on the washing side. The shampoo and conditioner were so diluted it was like using water. I was given torn up rags with huge holes in them to dry my dog with, then on the way out, not one employee said thanks or goodbye. This place use to be so nice when they first opened years ago...it's so different now. :-(
