Vistek is really low on my Customer Service radar.
Twice I've had to cancel orders because they took too long to ship the product.
They will say the product is in stock on their website when it's not.
Then make you wait or tell you there is a problem with your billing address.
Make it feel like it's your fault.
Last order they made me wait 1 week.
I had to send an email asking what the problem was.
24hrs later they sent back an email saying there was a problem with my billing (again).
No reason, no phone number to call back in the customer service email.
That was it.
I though it was worth it to write my review because eI rarely have such a bas customer service when I buy online (and I buy a lot).
They should not be in business.
And I'm pretty sure they will soon be closing.
You can't survive in today's online world with this kind of service.
