Have been here a few times for lunch or brunch when guests were in town, and they've always been pretty impressed. The view is great, and the ambiance is kinda fancy but not over the top. We really enjoyed the complimentary bread and butter, and they come around offering more bread which is hard to say no to.
I've enjoyed a brunch menu which was $39, and came with a shrimp appetizer (2 pieces), salmon omelette (really good), and a yummy strawberry champagne ice cream that was a pretty decent size. They also sometimes give complimentary candies or "amuse bouche" which i never heard of before until one time i went lol... like a little tiny appetizer before a meal.
I would recommend the BLT sandwich. I don't know that I would order anything too fancy or expensive, but to order a fun meal under $20 (like the BLT, or soup and salad), I think the view is worth it. The coffee is good but it's like $8! So you can get a decent meal for not too expensive as long as you don't over order....
I've never had a problem with the service, they've always been friendly and attentive.
