  • Gus the owner makes the best Hollandaise sauce I've ever had. If you wanna have some amazing Eggs Benedict, check out this place. I've travelled to many places in the world, and know my Hollandaise! Right next to the Primrose Hotel, and downstairs, off the street. Old fashioned diner with charm.
