  • Hottest week of the summer and this is when my upstairs A/C unit goes out. I tried calling a couple of other companies and they were not able to come till tomorrow. I remembered getting a flyer in my valpak with some A/C companies and decided to try calling Baker. He answered and said he could be their in a couple of hours. He showed up as promised and went straight to work. Figured out the problem, had the part and completed the work in under an hour. My A/C is back up, working and I think the upstairs will be a good temp for us to all sleep good tonight. Thanks Ken.
