  • I love Creamistry and come to this location often. It is really great ice cream and totally worth the price. It is busy, but that doesnt bother me, I worked at an ice cream place for 2 years and understand. But I had the worst service last night and it definitely made me never want to come to this location again. My friend ordered right before me, then I ordered. A couple minutes he got his and I still had not gotten mine, so I walked up to the counter and the girl goes "I am so sorry i 'll get yours right now, 5 minutes later gives me my icecream and upgraded the size. I tasted it, and it was peanut butter. I ordered cookie butter with nutlella. I was kind of annoyed, but whatever its fine. So she was nice and told me she'd make another right away. 10 minutes later I still have not gotten the new one!! I watched them make over 3 different groups of icecream and I still didnt get mine, so I walked up again and the girl looks a the other employee and goes "is this cookie butter??" "yes! just give it to her!" so she asks me to taste it. IT WAS PEANUT BUTTER AGAIN. By this point I was just so irritated. So about 5 minutes later she finally gave me the correct one. I understand things happen, and I really am a patient person but COME ON, when you make a mistake on someones order you fix their order before you start any others, thats common practice. They just seemed rushed to end the line and it was just very poor service. Again, I love Creamistry but they need to work on making the product and service #1 and not getting the line out of the door their priority.
