  • Dr. Castro is SO fantastic! I just met her for the first time today; she greeted me with smiles and really good, positive energy. We had a wonderful and very genuine talk about me, my body, my health, etc. The exam part was super quick and easy too. I'm definitely going to stick with Dr. Castro for life...she is that good. It's important that doctors exude this type of professionalism, support, and comfort. I'm very big on vibes and customer service and she has it all. That's not all though. The front office staff was extremely kind, prompt, and efficient. They didn't inundate me with a packet of documents to fill out either (thank you!). That's not all. I didn't catch her name, but the woman who brought me to the room and conducted the pre-exam...she was very friendly and helpful too. That's still not all...and this might sounds weird, but I mean it when I say this...the phlebotomist was the best blood-drawer I've ever experienced. It might sound minuscule to you...dumb even, but I don't care...she was so fast and good that I didn't feel the prick AT ALL (it's like it never happened). The only discomfort was the anticipation of the needle pricking me....which I ended up never feeling. So kudos to her too. Now that is all. For now.
