  • Disappointed would be an understatement. Having had a few bad experiences with my last dry cleaner, I thought I'd found a good one here, but I went to the wrong cleaner in this shopping center. The disappointment began when I dropped my clothes off on a Friday, early morning, expecting to get them back the next day. Well, this location doesn't do next day, as advertised, so I had to leave work early on Monday to get my stuff. After my bill was over $50, I talked to the guy, who told me how they gave every person and piece of clothing utmost care. I'd hate to see what their people do when they don't show such "care." I explained that several of my shirts were just new and needed a press, but they came back with wrinkles along the sleeves. In addition, my brand new, never worn, white dress shirts came back with black scuff marks on the cuffs. That's bad enough, but the pressing was sadly lacking in quality. The collars were pressed folded out, so the collar came out with an odd shape. I'll probably need to re-iron the new shirts that I took for that very purpose. I won't be returning to this cleaner.
