  • Went to this store while on a trip to Las vegas yesterday just for the E juice. I walked in and all of the seats were full in the juice area (Good sign). After i got a seat i was helped by a girl but very quickly after ordering one of their staples (Elephant milk) she vanished and this very helpful dude in a hawaiian shirt started helping me. I picked one other of their listed flavors (Vanilla buttermint) and decided i'd try to create my own. He was really helpful in helping me create the Waffle and Maple syrup flavor i wanted , but it didn't turn out exactly how i'd like and he didn't seem to keen to continue (To be fair i wasn't to keen on sitting on that stool any longer). So i had him add some cake batter flavoring to it and called it a day. While all the juice is delicious and highly vapeable, and i love the idea of getting custom juice made in front of you, i worry about the sanitary issues involved. I saw the juice makers shaking hands with people without changing their gloves, i saw people blowing clouds into the juice making areas (Which include whatever they're breathing out at the time), no masks, reusing tools for different batches, etc. I also saw all of this in the 20-30 minutes i was there so i assume there is likely more things that may not be part of a top quality process. While i understand that alot of juice companies probably don't follow very strict sanitary procedures , a properly scientific juice making procedure would have turned this from a 2 star review to a 5 star, as everything else was great. The reason i gripe with this is potential damage to the perceived standards of E juice production, as alot of premium juice companies do use highly sanitary and scientific production methods (Airlock rooms, sanitized clothing , protective masks, sanitized tools, etc) Another issue i saw was after i completed my order when i walked over to my friend who was being helped by a different person is that they stated Elephant milk wasn't available as they were out of one of the flavors they make it with, so i'm not sure if what i got was the authentic elephant milk or if they just didn't want to make a batch of it, but it was a bit of a strange thing to see after i'd just purchased the very juice they stated they didn't have. I would love to see this place use more sanitary features (Glass windows, laboratory grade clothing, etc) but other than that this is a pretty cool place to visit and get some juice made. Prices on the mods / atomizers were pretty industry standard , mostly clones from what i remember.
