Called in looking for a specific brand of hair extensions. It was far for me so that's why I called in first. I asked them if they have the brand, the length and the colour to which they said yes and that it was $140. I double checked again before hanging up and the lady confirmed it was true. These extensions are super hard to find and I was happy they had it. I come in and grab it. The woman tells me it's $250 and she remembers that I'm the one that called in. I was obviously irritated and explained that I had traveled a long way for this. Not much sympathy was given and not even so little as a discount was mentioned to try to at least get the sale. I imagine that this isn't a direct reflection of their customer service and could possibly be just a one time thing, however, I am unimpressed with the way things were handled.
