Flight got cancelled. Needed to get back by today. Waited in line for forever to get flights changed. Never made it to the front. Got some auto message to move my flight TWO days from the actual departure day. Took matters into our own hands and booked another flight with another airline. Had to spend an extra 200$ but they wouldn't reimburse that when I called. Can someone explain why they are willing to pay extra money for hotel and taxi and food but not pay for the new ticket on a different airline. JetBlue never again.
