  • I was so excited when this store moved in to my neighborhood, but I've got to say I'm pretty disappointed by the customer service. I was looking for some cute containers for Christmas gifts for my coworkers and was having a really hard time deciding on either boxes or bags. I wandered back and forth for a bit, taking my time, and just browsing the different kinds of both options. I had been there about 30 minutes when a sales associate came up to me and asked if I need something since he noticed I'd been walking around for a while and hadn't bought anything. I explained that I was looking for Christmas bags or boxes and was having trouble deciding, that's all. He then brings up the fact I had been there for a while again and says if I hadn't found anything by now, they probably didn't have it. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but I found it really rude that he was pretty much telling me to buy something or I should leave. I put down the stocking stuffers I had picked up in the front of the store and left. For being such a new store in a nice area I would have thought the employees would be a little more helpful and a little less rude.
