  • Please stay away from this place, spend your money wisely. I brought in my wife's Mercedes SUV and according to "Joe" you need a completely new Ac system, "all components are damaged" his words. He wanted $2,200 and some change. Total ripoff!! I paid the 60$ for them to tell me this and I was on my way. Took the Mercedes SUV to another shop, where I paid $327.50 for parts and labor to get my AC system working again. Works better than ever. So bottom line get a second opinion before even getting an oil change here.. very very unhappy with this visit here. I hope corporate finds out what their Management is doing to the loyal clients and future ones. I will never set foot in another Firestone shop ever again and you better believe I'm passing the word out to family and friends.. I wish I could give them -5 stars.
