I'm sad to say that if I could I would vote a negative ten for the nines. When we first toured we thought it was odd to be told that all utilities including water and sewage was our responsibility to set up. Otherwise they seemed like a lovely family oriented complex. So we put in our application and saved our apartment two months early since they claimed they were booking up quickly. They also promised a month before move in we would be given the contract since it was required to be signed a month early in order to move in. We didn't receive the contract till the day before after countless excuses and dates that passed. We go to sign the contract and notice that our rent is a hundred dollars more than was quoted. The gal claimed it was due to the change in the fact that water and sewage was now added to monthly rent as a flat fee. The water sewage fee by the way for two people in a one bedroom is fifty dollars. Taxes do not take up the rest of the extra fifty. Due to the hidden fees and the fact that though the gal that worked with us was nice she actually never looked us right in the eye and kept changing the subject well we decided to find another place. Now we have to find a place within two days. Do not save the apartment early and expect a lot of hassle!!!! We haven't even moved in and I felt like my time wasn't worth anything to them. So glad we are going someplace else before it was too late....
