  • My water heater broke on Sunday afternoon. I called them to fixed. They come right away 39 minutes to be exact. I was worried that I be charged more since it Sunday and not a normal business hours. James explain my options and how much will it cost. He didn't charge me extra or try to up sell me. He's a honest and great on his job. I wish we have more people like him. Thanks again
