  • Steamwhistle has become my favourite local micro brew beer. Its delicious! Its great to know that not only is it local and natural (and without preservatives), but that its made by a culture forward and environmentally friendly company. And they offer you a free drink soon as you walk in! And upon walking in, you are surrounded by the beautiful restored decor of the Roundhouse train station... amidst a myriad of local artists' works for sale. The backstage tours are very well done... and more beer is included! Spoiler alert: you even get to pull an actual steam whistle! This a MUST for all tourists and locals alike. Tip: While taking the tour, don't eat the hops that they pass around. When they say it tastes bad... they aren't joking.
