  • The employees here are great including Olga and Doctor Gex. They are informative with the packet they give you and all the questions they answer. This is my second child but I like that they want to know every detail of my first pregnancy to determine my needs with my second. Waiting area is clean, has a tv and quiet. Rooms in the back are organized, clean and informative with little brochures. I like that there is a phlebotomist on site on Mondays, wednesdays and fridays. It makes the blood taking and gluclose test process a lot easier. The worst thing to have to do is go to one appointment just to go to a second. Especially towards the end when you have to do an appointment every two weeks. I like that they set you up with a password tog etc your information over the phone and you have access to it online. Including making payments, refilling prescriptions and finding out information regarding your pregnancy. This review con is only that most the time there is a bit of a wait. It doesn't bug me much since you can't stop a labor, or a first times moms zillion questions. It's just a pain once in a while when I make my appointment on my lunch and I'm on a time crunch to get back.
